8-minute practice · Inner strength
Self-Respect and Confidence
Self-respect is steadier when it comes from the way we choose to live rather than constant comparison. This meditation invites reflection on dignity, personal values and the capacity to begin again after mistakes. It does not require inflated positive statements that feel untrue. Choose language that is believable and helpful.
Rest comfortably. Imagine laying down the need to compete with anyone for these few minutes.
The timer is silent by default. Spoken guidance uses your device's built-in voice, not a prerecorded MP3. Voice availability, pacing and pronunciation vary.
