Meditation for Difficult Days

Some days are genuinely hard, and meditation should not ask you to deny that reality. This compassionate practice makes room for difficult feelings without trying to fix them all in one sitting. If you feel overwhelmed, it is fine to stop and seek support from someone you trust or a qualified professional.

Guided practice10:00

Sit with gentle support. Name this honestly: Today has been difficult.

The timer is silent by default. Spoken guidance uses your device's built-in voice, not a prerecorded MP3. Voice availability, pacing and pronunciation vary.
