Gratitude Meditation
Gratitude is not an instruction to ignore pain or pretend that life is easy. It is an invitation to notice something genuinely worthwhile alongside life’s challenges. This practice begins with small details rather than grand statements, and it can be especially useful when appreciation has been crowded out by routine.
Notice one simple comfort: a breath of fresh air, a steady chair or a kind memory.
The timer is silent by default. Spoken guidance uses your device's built-in voice, not a prerecorded MP3. Voice availability, pacing and pronunciation vary.
