12-minute practice · Release rumination
Forgiveness and Letting Go
Letting go does not mean excusing harm, forgetting a boundary or reconnecting with someone unsafe. This reflection focuses on loosening the grip of repetitive resentment when you feel ready. You are free to stop, skip imagery or choose a neutral topic. Forgiveness is personal and can never be demanded.
Notice the support beneath you. Let this practice begin without a goal you must achieve.

- Notice the support beneath you. Let this practice begin without a goal you must achieve.
- Recall a small disappointment, rather than your most painful experience.
- Notice the words your mind repeats about that moment. Acknowledge the hurt without blaming yourself for feeling it.
- Imagine setting the story on a shelf for a few minutes. You can return to it if action is needed.
- Create the thought: I can protect my boundaries and still make room for peace.
- Look around the room. Let attention rest on what is here, rather than only what happened before.
