Five-Minute Guided Meditation

This introductory meditation is a friendly starting point. There is no perfect posture or magical silence to achieve. Instead, you practise noticing where attention has gone and inviting it back with patience. Thoughts are not errors; each return is part of the practice. Eyes can remain gently open or closed according to preference.

Guided practice5:00

Find a comfortable position. Feel the support beneath you. Let your gaze soften or close your eyes if you prefer.

The timer is silent by default. Spoken guidance uses your device's built-in voice, not a prerecorded MP3. Voice availability, pacing and pronunciation vary.
