20-minute practice · Longer contemplation

Deep Inner Peace

This longer meditation explores a peaceful sense of identity beneath changing thoughts, roles and demands. Rather than emptying the mind by force, you can create a sequence of calm, meaningful thoughts and allow them to become quieter over time. You may keep your eyes softly open if that suits you. Nothing needs to be achieved or measured.

Guided practice20:00

Find a supported posture and allow the body to settle. Let the pace of your thoughts become less hurried.

The timer is silent by default. Spoken guidance uses your device's built-in voice, not a prerecorded MP3. Voice availability, pacing and pronunciation vary.
